The objectives for which the Society is established are as follows:

  1. To provide information and facilities and to give all possible assistance and education to minority communities and backward classes in order to enable them to participate in the development of the country.
  2. To assist and educate minority communities and backward classes in business development, administration, and methods.
  3. To assist minority communities and backward classes to compete for employment in Government, public sector organisations and private enterprises.
  4. To assist minority communities and backward classes to increasingly take to self-employment utilising the opportunities and facilities being provided by Government.
  5. To collect knowledge and information as may be necessary or conducive to the objects of the society.
  6. To arrange seminars, symposia, lectures, workshops and discussions germain to the above objects.
